Valet Parking/Park & Ride Express terms and conditions

By using our Valet Parking or Park & Ride Express (PNR Express) services (together the Services) you agree to the following terms and conditions.

By entering our PNR Express Car Park or using our Valet Parking service you agree to pay the parking charges as displayed at the entrance to each car park, or as advised by Us online, and to abide by these Terms and Conditions. You agree to comply with all rules or directions displayed in the PNR Express Car Park or at the Valet Parking Car Park.

The use of our PNR or Valet Car Park facilities is at your own risk in ever

y respect and you release us and our employees and contractors fully from any liability for loss or damage to your Vehicle or any other possessions howsoever caused. While we take reasonable care to keep all Car Parks we own or operate safe, we cannot guarantee the security of your Vehicle or its contents.

By using our PNR or Valet Car Park you represent and warrant that, you are the owner or the authorised agent of the owner of the Vehicle and agree to indemnify us and our employees and contractors against any damage caused to any other vehicle or the Car Park as a result of your use of the Vehicle and the Car Park, including but not limited to damage caused by the leakage of oil or any other substance from your Vehicle.

Mobility Users are offered a discounted valet parking rate subject to the presentation of a valid mobility parking permit either upon entry or exit of the Valet Car Park. Auckland Airport and its employees or contractors reserve the right to decline the use of services or to charge full valet parking fees in the event of suspected or actual misuse of the mobility parking offer. We may vary or cancel the mobility parking service from time to time at our sole discretion.

We may move and drive the Vehicle to any place we deem fit for storage and/or car grooming services. We may release the vehicle without liability to any person producing a valid valet voucher or express tag or offering other evidence of ownership or authority or entitlement to receive the vehicle that we deem satisfactory. We may retain the vehicle until a valid valet voucher or express tag is produced or a person offers such other evidence of ownership or authority or entitlement to receive the vehicle that we deem satisfactory. We shall have a general lien upon the vehicle and its contents until all sums due for parking and/or other services rendered by or for us have been paid.

We may use licence plate recognition, CCTV surveillance systems and photographic images of the Vehicle. This information is collected to enable the parties to assess any damage made to the Vehicle while in our possession only and will not be used for any other purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you whether in negligence, tort, contract or any other basis, whatsoever for any damages, liabilities, costs (including legal costs),arising from the use of the Services or in the exercise of our rights under these conditions.

You shall be liable for and agree to indemnify us from and against all losses and costs (including legal costs), damages or expenses arising out of a breach of these terms by You or in connection with the vehicle, its accessories or contents including personal injury to or death of any person or any injury or damage to property except to the extent that such losses are directly caused by our negligence or wrongful act or omission.

We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions from time to time at our sole discretion.

Personal information you provide to us in connection with the Services is recorded by or for us and may be passed between us, our subcontractors and third party agencies in order to provide the Services, conduct marketing activities and research, or to facilitate the operation of the Services. When you provide personal information to us in connection with the Services, you are deemed to have consented to the collection, storage, disclosure and use of such personal information by us in the manner described in these terms and conditions. We will always comply with the Privacy Act 2020 and any other applicable New Zealand laws.

Definitions

Auckland Airport means the Auckland Airport precinct located at Mangere, New Zealand.

Park and Ride Express Car Park (PNR) means each park and ride car parking space controlled by us at Auckland Airport.

Mobility User means a person who is issued with a New Zealand Government Mobility Parking Permit, currently issued by CCS Disability Action, or any other government body or nominated agency as approved by Auckland Airport from time to time.

Services means the PNR or Valet Parking services provided by Auckland Airport

Valet Parking means parking services provided to You where You where Your vehicle is parked and retrieved by Us or Our nominated provider.

Valet Car Park means each valet parking services car park controlled by us at Auckland Airport.

Vehicle means any vehicle parked (or to be parked) in the Park and Ride Express or Valet Car Park and includes any mechanical device on wheels or tracks, its equipment and accessories.

"We", "us", "our" means Auckland International Airport Limited and/or any third party subcontracted to supply the Services on behalf of Auckland International Airport Limited.

You means the you as the User of the Valet Parking or Park and Ride Express Service
