For urgent medical attention or for a first aid room dial 98777 on any airport phone (not the Spark telephones) in the terminals
- Full medical and healthcare services are available from The Airport Doctors at the airport shopping centre, John Goulter Drive.
- Open 8am-6pm (Monday - Friday), 9am - 1pm (Saturday). Closed Sunday and public holidays. Phone +64 9 256-8655.

For all other emergencies at the airport dial 98777 on any airport phone (except the Telecom pay-phones) in the terminals.
